Fun Emery Facts

1) Runs rather than walking, hence the bruises on her shins from being quick to lose her balance.

2) Climbs on EVERYTHING, her newest trick is to climb on the back of the couch and slide down when she's told to "Get Down!"

3) Enjoys the pool, but would rather run around and climb on all of the lounge chairs than play in the water.

4) Nicknames range from Em, Emmie, Sweetie pie, Pebbles, Bam Bam, Rambo ... the later fit her personality at 16-months-old.

5) Strong-willed baby, and does not back down easily when up against Mommy ... but, when Daddy gives her "the look" she's quick stop and put on a little poutty face.

6) She's an eater! And, has been known to finish off the bowls of food for the toddler table when Ms. Renee turns her back.

7) Everything is "Whas dat?" or "Whas dis?" when she's asking questions.

8) Both dogs are referred to as "Ba Ba" ... as I am quick to call Belle "Belle, Belle" all of the time.

10) At her 16-month check-up, she's 95% for height and 50% for weight ... I know, how did I have a tall baby? I'm asking the same question!

11) Her boyfriend at daycare is named Mason. It's too cute they'll run up to each other and give each other a hug and a kiss.

12) Loves to cuddle with Mama! And, gives lots of hugs and kisses when she wakes up from a good nap.

13) Stroller rides are her favorite!

14) She loves to carry as many purses as she can possibly handle ... I think she finally mastered five purses the other day.

15) Her last eye-tooth is coming in ... and, we're ready for it to break through!

16) She has picked-up every cold that has come from the toddler room ... and, Mommy & Daddy have been sick too!

17) Frustration, she is quick to be frustrated if she can't figure something out.

18) When she wants something, she says "Mum Mum, Mum Mum ... " almost like she's imitating the sound of a car.

19) Stride rite just measured her as a size 4 1/2 ... onto the next pair of Keen! Gotta love hand-me-down's ... Thanks for sharing Leigh!

20) Loves to sing in the car ... "Baaa, Maaa, Baaa, Baaa, Maaa ... " I just sing along with the same sounds and she has the biggest grin on her face!
